The Merton Street Project

267–275 Merton Street represents a visionary collaboration between CreateTO and Collecdev Markee. Nestled along the Kay Gardiner Beltline Trail, the project introduces a 40-storey, purpose-built rental community designed to enrich the urban fabric of Midtown Toronto.

The development will feature active ground-floor retail and a welcoming publicly accessible space, fostering connection and vibrancy for residents and the wider community. Committed to sustainability and livability, the building is designed to achieve Tier 2 of the Toronto Green Standard and will deliver 494 new rental homes, with 30% offered at affordable rates. The building will also prioritize accessibility, achieving Rick Hansen Foundation Certification - Gold

Construction officially began in September 2025 and is progressing smoothly through the demolition phase. Throughout the project's timeline, bi-weekly updates can be found by visiting the Construction Updates Page!
